The client for this collaboration is a real estate developer. Farfly is honored to be the supplier of flooring materials for the model unit of this project. We have selected SPC flooring with low VOC emissions. The products are typically certified to meet national standards, ensuring they are safe for use in residential, school, and other sensitive spaces. SPC flooring does not contain phthalate plasticizers, effectively reducing the potential health risks associated with traditional vinyl flooring. As a result, Farfly has become the preferred choice for projects prioritizing health and wellness.

Material Selection

Farfly has always focused on the ultra-matte surface of SPC flooring. To avoid any glossy effects on the flooring, the quality and thickness of the surface treatment are also critical.

Through meticulous design and experimentation by our technical experts, we have achieved a perfect balance between performance and a matte finish.

In addition to its extremely high scratch resistance, this flooring can withstand significant pressure.

SPC flooring is click-lock, so no adhesive is required for installation, making the process more convenient.

Construction Notes

When SPC flooring arrives at the project site, workers will measure the room dimensions in advance. For distances exceeding 10 meters, workers will design length adjustments to prevent SPC flooring from warping due to temperature changes.

Additionally, Farfly considered the need for herringbone SPC flooring to be joined, so designers created blueprints in advance to ensure workers can install according to the plans.

After installation, the installation team is also required to conduct thorough disinfection to meet the client's hygiene requirements.
