When applying the glue, pay attention to the humidity of the air and the temperature in the room. It takes longer to wait for the glue to reach the best state. For the boundary lines, the club opted for the traditional method of drawing them manually. This would cover the traces of the welding lines. Zhuoda Club commissioned Farfly to take charge of the entire production of club flooring materials as well as the construction work.   Site Selection and Foundation Work Ground Leveling and Waterproofing: Ensuring the levelness of the ground and proper waterproofing treatment is crucial. This prevents water from seeping into the surface and ensures the longevity of the floor. Flooring Material Selection PVC Badminton Flooring: Farfly chose a specialized PVC badminton floor with the following features: Granular texture surface: Increases friction and enhances slip resistance. 6mm thickness: Provides sufficient cushioning and impact resistance, reducing strain on athletes’ joints. High rebound and impact resistance: Protects athletes and minimizes the risk of injury during intense play. Formaldehyde-free and eco-friendly: Ensures the air quality is safe and meets environmental standards. Extremely wear-resistant: The high durability ensures that the floor won’t easily wear out under heavy use, extending its lifespan. Certifications: The flooring has passed various quality tests, environmental certifications, and fire-resistance tests, ensuring its quality and safety.     Boundary Lines and Equipment Laser Inkjet Printed Boundary Lines: Farfly chose laser inkjet printing for the boundary lines, ensuring they are clear, durable, and long-lasting. This technology avoids the fading or wear-and-tear issues common with traditional hand-painted lines.     Installation Tools and Materials During the installation of the PVC flooring, Farfly used a range of professional tools, including: Glue, welding wire, welding guns, slotting tools, etc.: These tools ensure that the flooring is installed correctly, with smooth seams and a strong, tight fit to the ground.       If it so happens that you are also planning to set up a badminton club, please also take note of a few points: Court Height The height of the field should be at least 9 metres, if the height is not high enough, the lights will be harsh and affect the athletes' performance. In addition, there should not be any obstacles or beams within 5 metres around the field. Wall Colour The walls around the court should preferably be dark in colour and not windy, so as to reduce external interference and allow athletes to concentrate more on the game.

To provide its members with a variety of sports experiences, Go Play Club added six movable badminton floors to its facility. Go Play entrusted Farfly with the responsibility for the production and installation of the floor materials.   Court Ground Situation The base ground is made of basketball wood flooring. Go Play wanted to add badminton courts without affecting the basketball game experience. Farfly recommended using PVC Professional Movable Badminton Flooring to meet this requirement.   Flooring Material Selection Farfly selected a professional-grade PVC badminton floor with the following specifications: Surface: Crystal sand texture Thickness: 6mm Dimensions: 1.8*15m per roll, with 4 rolls required for one court. Features: Formaldehyde-free and eco-friendly: Ensures a safe environment for users. Ultra-wear-resistant: Withstands heavy usage without significant wear. Impact-resistant and high rebound: Protects players' joints and provides a responsive surface. Superior slip resistance: High friction surface reduces the risk of slipping. Certified: The floor has passed various quality, environmental, and fire resistance tests issued by national authoritative certification bodies.   PVC Flooring Installation To ensure the courts are movable, Farfly's team applied a special installation technique to address the client's requirements. The badminton floor can now be easily stored away when not in use, without interfering with the basketball games.   Installation Materials The installation process required several tools and materials, including: Welding wire, welding guns, slotting tools, hook knives, leveling knives, scrapers, steel rulers, double-sided tape, etc.   Project Completion The entire project was completed on September 20, 2022.

A total of 8 courts are required. Additionally, the buffer zones outside the courts also utilize PVC sports flooring to protect the basketball court surface.     Material Selection   Farfly selected the BOGUAN series, a professional-grade PVC badminton flooring. Gravel-textured surface: Increases friction and enhances slip resistance. 6mm Thickness: Provides ample cushioning and impact resistance, reducing joint stress on athletes. Models: BAM4002 and GYM80101 High Rebound & Impact Resistance: Protects athletes and minimizes injury risks during intense competition. Formaldehyde-Free & Eco-Friendly: Ensures safe air quality and meets environmental standards. Exceptional wear resistance: High durability ensures the flooring resists wear from frequent use, extending its lifespan. Certifications: Passed various quality tests, environmental certifications, and fire resistance tests, including BWF certification, guaranteeing quality and safety.   Subfloor Preparation   The original subfloor was solid wood basketball flooring. Therefore, the installation team opted to secure the badminton flooring with double-sided tape, allowing for easy removal and storage.     Flooring Installation Procedures   1: Pre-lay PVC flooring for 24-48 hours to fully acclimate to ambient temperatures. 2: Install using tools such as a welding torch, welding rods, and utility knives. Achieve seamless connections between floor panels to enhance longevity. Install the badminton court area first, followed by the outer buffer zone. 3: Upon completion, the team conducted thorough disinfection to meet the client's hygiene standards.
