The client's requirements were to match the colour palette of the brand and to make the shop's decoration more lively and dynamic. At the same time, the flooring needed to be highly wear-resistant, fire-resistant, and slip-resistant. After a lot of comparisons, the client finally chose PVC printed customised flooring and LVT tiles as the flooring material.   Material SelectionFarfly chose to print a PVC custom flooring 2mm thick tight base. This flooring has a UV top layer. As well as being extremely scratch resistant, this flooring is also resistant to most chemicals. Farfly also chose the coloured polka dot range of LVT floor tiles to enhance the bright atmosphere of the building. The vinyl tiles' benefits include a pleasant walking sound and a soft touch, in addition to their resistance to compression. The flexibility of this combination allows the mall to reinforce the brand's image through flooring design and create an immersive shopping experience in conjunction with promotional activities. This allowed the floor to fully adapt to the ambient temperature. Additionally, Farfly took into account that the flooring pattern would need to be spliced, and we marked the corners of each piece to ensure that the workers could follow the sequence of the drawings during installation. Upon completion of the installation, the installation team was also asked to carry out thorough disinfection to ensure compliance with the mall's hygiene standards. Through scientific construction techniques and strict quality control, Farfly's printed customised flooring and LVT tiles were successfully applied to the mall, meeting the mall's high demand for overall design and enhancing the overall environmental quality and visual impact. This gives the floor a lively look.   　　 PVC commercial flooring rolls for seamless installation   For classrooms, we always prefer to use materials that are as seamless as possible, as this maximises uniformity. pvc commercial flooring is acoustically attractive and easy to maintain if the right products are used. In addition, safety is the first consideration for the nursery. In the classrooms we often use bright, inspiring colours. In the corridors, we have chosen pink as the main colour. Pink is a colour that symbolises joy, positivity and happiness. It also stimulates the brain and thought processes.   Laying the flooring   The PVC flooring was delivered to the site in rolls. First, we levelled the sub-floor. After all, you can see even the slightest unevenness through a 2 mm thick PVC floor. Then, we spread the PVC flooring out so that it can be adapted to the environment. Then we give cut the edges of the flooring neatly and waterproof the joints with welding wires.     Long service life   The advantage of this flooring is that the top layer lasts for more than 20 years. Other types of flooring require regular replacement. School environments are usually highly loaded and require as little maintenance as possible. However, for optimum longevity, maintenance should be carried out in the right way, using the right products. One more detail that should not be overlooked: PVC commercial flooring resists the stress caused by the legs of tables and chairs.    Product Reference

Addressing uneven flooring surfaces, the team first levelled the substrate before selecting a high-quality PVC adhesive suited to local climatic conditions. This ensured secure installation.     One of our Australian clients recently completed the construction of a remarkable badminton facility: the NORTHSIDE Badminton Center. This professional-grade, 6mm-thick PVC sports flooring was meticulously engineered specifically for venues hosting national and international-level badminton competitions.   This project holds particular significance due to the rigor and meticulousness the client demonstrated during the material selection phase.
